Presentation: The Most Remarkable Small Press: Caxton Printers and Their Impact on Regional Publishing

Join librarian/archivist Alessandro Meregaglia for a presentation about two related exhibitions currently on display at Albertsons Library: On Silver Heels: The Literary Career of Ruth Gipson Plowhead (through March 21st) and Publishing in the Rockies: The History of Caxton Printers (through July).

Meregaglia’s presentation will give an overview of the history of the Caldwell-based Caxton Printers, and explain the company’s importance within the context of book publishing in the West.
