The Ethnographic Archive of the Intermountain West is administered by the Archive Curator, Alan Virta, in conjunction with a faculty committee made up of representatives from the Anthropology, History and Communications Departments.  The archive is designed to house cultural rather than historical materials.  Researchers interested in oral history should consult the Oral History Collection in the Idaho Historical Society.
