The Robert Fahringer collection

 Books in Special Collections

This collection of books, donated by Robert Fahringer of Boise, Idaho, relates mainly to his research on the English Civil War and its aftermath.  The books are listed chronologically, by year of publication, and are housed in the Special Collections Department.  Mr. Fahringer collected most of them while a graduate student in the early 1950s.  He donated them to Boise State University in March 2002, along with more than one hundred and fifty other books on various topics that have been integrated into the general collections.
