The Idaho Writers Archive is a collection of letters, drafts, and other papers of Idaho authors which constitutes an important source for the study of Idaho's literary heritage.


A large collection of books by Idaho authors is also kept in Special Collections.


A list of literary collections follows, with links to collection descriptions. 


The Idaho Writers Archive is a joint undertaking of Boise State University's Albertsons Library and the Hemingway Western Studies Center.
