How do I print, rather than run, a PowerPoint presentation in Blackboard? 

1. Right click on the hyperlink for the PowerPoint presentation. 

2. Click "Save target as"
   (The user may save it to a floppy disk (a:\<filename>), or a USB drive (e:\ or in some cases f:\<filename>), or the network share (\officemachinemydocs\<filename>). If it tries to save to the floppy drive and the user doesn't have a floppy disk, click cancel and save it to \\public\officemachinemydocs\<filename>).

3. Open Microsoft PowerPoint (blank presentation)

4. Click on File then Open

5. Find the name of the PowerPoint presentation you saved

6. Click it and then click Open
