Where are books, articles, etc. that instructors have put on RESERVE? 

The north end of the Albertsons Library Circulation Desk on the 1st floor is the Reserve Desk for printed materials. Audio-visual reserve materials are at the CRC Circulation Desk on the 2nd floor. 

West Campus Library reserve items are available at their circulation desk.

Now, many book chapters, articles, pamphlets, etc. that instructors place on reserve are in an electronic format accessible online at Electronic Reserves and Course Materials.
