How can I find out whether the Library owns a textbook I need?

The Library doesn’t usually buy college textbooks, but if you want to check our holdings, you’ll need to know the title and author of the book. If you don’t have this information, look on your syllabus, or contact the BSU Bookstore (During Bookstore hours, you can also call 426-2665 (BOOK). Once you have the text’s title and author, look in the Book and Media Catalog (Voyager).

You also need to be aware of the date of your text, as an older edition may lack important information that you’ll likely be responsible for at exam time.

Also, read about the Textbook Library on reserve at Circulation composed of textbooks used in classes that have been donated by instructors.
