Who should I contact if my login or password information won’t let me gain remote access to the Library’s Internet resources? and related troubleshooting tips.

If login or password problems are encountered, current Boise State University students should contact the BroncoWeb helpdesk at 426-BWEB (426-2932) open 8AM-6PM, M-F, go to the Help Center, Admin Bldg Room 110, or email bweb@boisestate.edu.

Current faculty and staff should contact their local network administrator; emeritus faculty and staff should contact their department or local network administrator of pre-retirement affiliation or the BroncoWeb helpdesk at 426-BWEB (426-2932).

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS: Often, even if you can login to BroncoWeb or BroncoMail, but not the Library Internet resources, a password change fixes the problem; go to the BroncoWeb homepage and follow the instructions to "Set My New Password..."

Also, if your browser is set for very high security, you may get a notice that the security certificate is invalid and that you shouldn't proceed. Proceed anyway.
