Is there a computer lab or public access to word processing in the Library? Also, Excel and PowerPoint?

The Main Campus library has achieved computer lab status with access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email currently available at public computer stations located on the first floor of the library with the single exception of a stand-alone machine reserved for viewing library-owned CD and DVDs. It is important to know that the  LIBRARY network SHARED DRIVE is PURGED each night after closing.

There are, of course, many computer labs (with word processors) all over campus.  The Office of Information Technology's Computing Services maintains a Computer Labs Page where you will find a list of the labs, their locations, hours, and hardware and software. Also, OIT has a BSU Student Laptop Loaner Program

Also, laptops for wireless Student Union Building use are available for two hour check out to Boise State students at the Information Desk on the 1st floor of the SUB. A Boise State BroncoCard (campus ID card) and another piece of photo identification with a current address are required. Go to  their Computer Access page for further detail.

West Campus Library has four public computer stations that are Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email enabled.
