How do I find help using the indexes and abstracts available on the Library's web site?

If you are IN THE LIBRARY, you can ask for help at the Reference Assistance Area on the 1st floor.

If you are NOT IN THE LIBRARY OR PREFER TO READ GUIDES, you can:

Click on the ? link to the left of an individual database title via Databases by Name on the Find Articles, Databases page.

Use the internal Help links available upon accessing a particular index, abstract or database.

Also, for a specific question, you can use the AskUs Form for an email response, AnswerXpress for chat, or call the Reference Assistance Area at (208) 426-3301 to speak to Reference Department staff.
