This form is for use by Boise State University distance students and
faculty only. Use to request a book, article, or other library material
owned by Boise State.
To determine whether or not Albertsons Library owns
the periodical you are requesting use the Journal
Titles list. You may find the article full-text in one of the
databases. More detail is at http://library.boisestate.edu/usingtdnet.htm.
Before making a request, please read the following

Notice: Warning concerning copyright restrictions. The copyright law of the United States
(Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other
reproductions of copyrighted material.
Under certain conditions specified in
the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other
