West Campus Library - Student Employment

West Campus Library is located at:

5500 E. University Way (north of Idaho Center) in Nampa, room 209

Applications are held until the end of the current semester only.

Likely to include at least two nights a week, Mon - Thurs (6:30 - 8:30pm) and at least two Saturdays per month (10am – 2:00pm).  May include approximately 12:30pm – 2:00pm shifts, Mon – Fri and other hours as needed.

Checking library materials in and out, shelving books, shelf-reading, processing materials sent from main campus, assisting patrons with book requests and research, answering questions when regular staff is not available.

Excellent public service and computer skills, ability to learn quickly and teach others—in particular, about databases, ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work assigned hours with little or no supervision, and willingness to work additional hours if requested.
