Procedures:


Collected material will be accessioned and organized according to the established procedures of the Special Collections archivist.  Most of the material collected will be recorded on audio, VHS or S-VHS videotape.  Whether created by outside researchers or collectors, student projects or faculty research efforts, the material must include the following: original or first generation copy of a tape; a tape log that lists by time or counter number the significant material on the recording allowing the tape to be used for educational purposes and a letter of transmittal from the collector or administrator of the material indicating that it has been donated to the Special Collections division of the Boise State University, Albertsons Library.
